Director Jen’s Vision for Education

When I was a child growing up in Asia, I was a hardworking student – sitting quietly in the classroom, listening attentively to my teachers, completing homework late into the night, and striving to perform well on every test to meet my parents’ expectations. Although we did not often experience hands-on projects or joyful, exploratory learning, we learned the true value and importance of education.

Today, as both a parent and an educator, I see many families who share the same commitment to meaningful and well-rounded learning. We want our children not only to understand the importance of education, but also to enjoy the learning journey while developing essential life skills – strong learning habits, social and emotional intelligence, creativity, and innovative thinking.

I often reflect on the possibility that somewhere there are children with the potential to become tomorrow’s inventors, leaders, and changemakers, yet they may not have access to high-quality educational opportunities to nurture their talents and dreams. Education shapes the future of our children and, ultimately, the future of our society.

Our vision is to work together with families, schools, community organizations, and partners to build accessible and inspiring learning experiences that nurture the whole child. Together, let us create a world where every child has the opportunity to learn with joy, grow with confidence, become the best version of themselves, and reach for the stars.
