Here are some ways to help you calm down when you’re feeling sad, mad or frustrated. In order to submit your challenge to be entered in the raffle for the Free Class Pass, parents please go over these strategies with your little explorer and send us an example of when your little explorer was having a hard time, what strategy they used and how they felt the strategy helped them.
