Thank you for your interest in the Young Explorers Club educational programs! Below are the steps to register and the information we need to enroll your Explorer. If you have any questions, please contact us at admin@youngedu.org.

Registration Instructions

1. Registration Process: Register below or email us at admin@youngedu.org for assistance with enrolling your Explorer in a program. 
2. Returning vs. New Families: If you are a new YEC family or need to update your registration information, please complete the Parent Contact Information and Additional Information sections. If you are a returning YEC family and your information has not changed since your last registration, you may skip these sections and simply sign at the bottom to complete your registration.
3. Age / Grade Eligibility: Elementary program – Ages 5-9 at the program start time.
4. Registration Options: 
   1. Our STEAM Lab after-school programs run from September to June, divided into Fall (September–December) and Spring (January–June) semesters. Families may register for:
      1. Both semesters (Fall & Spring): $25 per class
      2. One semester only: $25 per class
      3. By the month: $25 per class
      4. Drop-in classes: $25 per class

Roster Deadline: To ensure your child is included on the roster for the upcoming week’s class, please submit registration by Friday. We will finalize the roster for school administration staff on Friday and send confirmation emails to all registered families the same day.

1. Our Reach for the Stars elementary summer camp programs run from June to August, with each week featuring a different theme. Families may register for:
   1. By the week: $50 per day or $30 per half day
   2. Drop-in classes: $50 per day or $30 per half day

1. Payment Information: No application fee is required. After registration, we’ll send you a registration confirmation email with an invoice including class dates and fees, along with a link to our payment portal. Payments can be made via credit card (Stripe) or PayPal with no transaction fees. Families pay monthly for after-school programs and weekly for summer camp programs, and payments can be made anytime before class starts.
2. Refund Policy: We only charge for the classes your child actually attends. If your child misses a registered class or if you’d like to request a cancellation, please email admin@youngedu.org. We’ll issue a full refund for unattended classes to your credit card or PayPal account at the end of the month for after-school programs or at the end of the week for summer camp programs.
